What a piece of crap these things are. They put only a fraction of the claimed light (probably measured after they've been on for a long time). Mine doesn't dim well, takes forever to come on, and never gets bright enough to be useful. I've gone back to incandescent.

How are these working over the last month?

You were going to post back temperature, wattage, etc.

I purchased one of these and put it into my living room (have 8 recessed lights) and it did dim, but not sure IF I AM READY TO PULL THE trigger, to get the rest. These are going for $11.99 each at Home Depot, so almost $100! I also have 8 additional recessed cans in the kitchen, so that in total would be $200.

Do you know of an online retailer that has a better deal?

Thank you in advance,
Kevin
